By supporting The Friends of Leasowe Lighthouse CIO you are helping us get started on some major renovation works. Leasowe Lighthouse has been an iconic landmark on the North Wirral coastline since 1763 and in her early years played a critical role in safeguarding vessels bound for Liverpool.
As you make your way from New Brighton to the finishing post at Thurstaston (Note: there are details on the WCW website for shorter options) you will pass by the lighthouse. You can’t miss it!
Our ground floor will be open to the public from 10 am on the day of the walk, with longer tours available from 12 o’clock. Please do pop in and say ‘hello’.
Walkers who are supporting The Friends of Leasowe Lighthouse will receive a free bottle of water and a small flag to cheer you on your way.
In the meantime, contact us by email: webenquiry@leasowelighthouse.co.uk via our social media: Facebook and Instagram, or telephone 0151 353 0861
We will be happy to help in any way we can. Look forward to seeing you there. Thank you.
