The Wirral Coastal Walk was first run in 1986 and has become a significant annual event in the fundraising calendar organised by the Rotary Clubs of Wirral for the benefit many local charities and good causes.

The main attraction of the walk is that you raise money through sponsorship for your favourite charity, whilst enjoying the exercise and the opportunity to view the beautiful Wirral coastline.

The Walk is a fun event whatever your age or ability. The complete walk from the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton to Thursaston Country Park is 20 kilometres but there are intermediary finishes at Leasowe 6K and Hoylake 12K. Just choose the distance that suits you best.

To enter the event all you need to do is register. The registration fee online is £5 for adults and £1 for children. It will be possible to register in person on the day, at the Floral Pavilion, with a fee of £6 for adults and £1 for children payable by card or cash.
